Zoë Madewell, Founder and CEO of Musicology Lab, is a visionary composer, pianist, and educator with over 20 years of experience in transforming early music education. Renowned for pioneering preschool piano fundamentals for children as young as 2 and for her expertise with neurodivergent learners, she has garnered international interest through partnerships from Dubai to Australia. Zoë also founded Irving Fine Arts Academy—her city’s first performing arts school that grew to over 500 students and earned a National Music School of the Year nomination—and developed the “See It. Say It. Play It.” method from her extensive experience as a Music Director in 11 Montessori schools, making music education accessible and transformative for underserved communities worldwide.
